Pull up a stool at Elks Lodge #2621 and you'll feel like you've known everyone in the room for years. That's not a coincidence. That's the culture this lodge has built on Old Station Road in Nelliston, where members show up not just for the events but for each other. Reviewers consistently say the same thing: strangers walk in, regulars walk out.

The facilities back up the warm atmosphere. The bar and common areas are kept clean and well-maintained, the bathrooms are notably spotless, and on nights when a live band takes the stage, the energy matches any venue in the region. This is a working lodge that actually works, hosting community fundraisers, charity drives, and social events that give members real reasons to return week after week.

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks has been supporting American communities since 1868, and Lodge #2621 carries that mission into the Mohawk Valley. Travelers passing through have even stopped overnight in the parking area and found it welcoming and quiet. That kind of open-door reputation doesn't happen by accident.

What We Offer

Lodge #2621 runs a full social calendar built around genuine connection. The bar is open regularly, stocked for an easy evening after work or a longer night when the band is playing. Live music events draw crowds from across the county and give members something to look forward to every month.

Beyond the bar and entertainment, the lodge actively supports charitable giving through the national Elks programs, including grants for youth, veterans assistance, and community scholarships. Members can tap into a network of over 1,800 lodges nationwide, meaning your membership travels with you. Local events, holiday celebrations, and private rentals round out what the lodge offers throughout the year.

For RV travelers and visitors passing through Nelliston, limited overnight parking with electrical hookup is available near the lodge, making this a practical and friendly stop along the route.

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
